About IP to Octal Conversion
This tool converts a standard IPv4 dotted-decimal address into its 32-bit Octal (Base-8) representation. An IP address like `192.168.1.1` is a human-readable format for a 32-bit number. This tool calculates that number by treating each of the four parts of the IP address as an 8-bit number, combining them into a single integer, and then converting that integer to the octal base.
