About IP to Hex Conversion
This tool converts a standard IPv4 dotted-decimal address into its 32-bit hexadecimal equivalent. An IPv4 address like `192.168.1.1` is made of four decimal numbers (octets), each ranging from 0 to 255. To get the hex value, each of these four numbers is converted to a two-digit hexadecimal number. For `192.168.1.1`, the conversion is `C0.A8.01.01`, which can also be represented as the single value `0xC0A80101`.
